I am passionate about sharing yoga and mindfulness as a tool to help navigate the challenges of everyday life. Having introduced yoga into my own life in 2012, I became RYT200 certified in 2020, SUP Yoga certified in 2021, followed by trauma-informed certified to teach children and teens the powerful benefits of intentional yoga practice.
I am a licensed TESOL teacher by trade who has worked in the classroom for 10+ years and currently live in Gahanna with my husband, Brandon, and our two daughters Delaney and Everleigh. As a veteran high school and collegiate level softball player, I advocate for a life-long commitment to fitness by caring for and training the body and mind for optimal health. I'm just a working mom who has experienced a much needed life balance with yoga, and dedicated time in nature, and I love sharing this with whoever needs a similar outlet. I love that SUP yoga has made the water my playground! After committing 20+ years to my own personal yoga practice, I was inspired to complete my RYT200 certification in 2021. Shortly after, Rachel and I adventured to St. Augustine, FL for our SUP Yoga teacher training and are both beyond grateful for the opportunity to share with you this transformative practice on the water! I am a communications consultant and motivational speaker. Yoga has transformed my love language with my own body, and also helped me pass along critical skills for encouraging my clients to live in harmony with their own minds and bodies. I currently live in German Village and cherish my commitment to interrupting bustling city life by escaping to the beautiful parks and waters in Central Ohio. SUP Yoga extends an invitation for practitioners of all levels to play on the board in ways that challenge your assumptions, strengthen your core, and soothe your soul. As long-time yogis, we started our SUP yoga journeys by taking risks and accompanying friends to a SUP yoga class and haven't wavered since about the power this practice can add to everyone's self-care and wellness routines.

New to SUP? No problem! We offer instruction to support your safety and confidence on the water. We want you to leave the water feeling empowered and rejuvenated. New to SUP yoga? No problem! Classes are designed to provide a judgment-free space for each practitioner of any level to explore and challenge yourself at your own pace. Each class will offer time for you to explore your personal growth as you begin to gain confidence on your board.
